Kebaya very closely with my life. Because many special days in Bali, which requires us to wear traditional clothing.

For daytime events that require to wear kebaya, I prefer to choose simple kebaya, not too patterned with soft color. I like plain white kebaya.

Kebaya's Development by Indonesian Designer

Some changes from Kebaya as follow :

2. The Material


* Lace (Brocade)

This material in the production of many of the French state, but now also has many manufactured in India and Indonesia.

What is Kebaya?

In the other word this fashion there are many areas that affected by the regional Arab & Portuguese expansion.

Countries that also have kebaya like China, Thailand and Filipina besides the other European countries, which of course every country has their own uniquenes.

The Kabaya is national costume of Indonesia , although it is more accurately endemic to Java, Sunda and Bali.
